Gina is a licensed mental health counselor who received her undergraduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Johnson & Wales University. She then continued to receive her masters from Johnson & Wales University in the Counseling Psychology graduate program. Gina has had experience in various settings such as outpatient therapy, inpatient adolescent unit, in-home therapy, family therapy, and most recently working as a school-based clinician to meet the needs of mental health within school settings.
Gina uses positive psychology and strengths-based approaches to empower her clients in building self-esteem. Gina is particularly passionate about working with teens and young adults. Gina likes to offer a safe and relaxed space for those to work on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, communication, coping skills, transitional stages in life and substance abuse.
